First Trax Lodge ammenities & FYI's

There are two full kitchens at First Trax Lodge. One inside, the other outside. The indoor kitchen features: Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops with an island. The dining area features a Whiskey Barrel dining table, autographed by Jeff Matingly of Bourbon 30!

Now let's go outside! The outdoor kitchen is where you'll want to be! A built-in EVO cooking stone will keep the aspiring chef delighted and your guests satisfied. All other appliances outside are manufactured by BLAZE and are "Commercial" grade.  These appliances are: Grill, Lighted Exhaust Hood, Sink, (2) Refrigerators. 

During the "Cool" seasons, three commercial infrared (IR) heaters will be available for use. These heaters are permanently mounted in the ceiling for your comfort. The decks center zone contains a large dining table and the "Lounge" is located on the opposite end. The Lounge offers a TV above the outdoor fireplace. The backdrop is the main channel of Big Creek. The dock is 49 generous paces away, from the Lodge and is on a gentle slope. It has a large, upper level "Gathering" deck, that is 820 sq. ft. If you are looking to get off the mountain and enjoy a large outdoor flat surface, this upper deck will meet your needs. It is perfect for entertaining and stargazing, Tennessee style!

It has two covered boat slips, one with a Hydro-Hoist lift. It will accommodate two more boats on each side and cleats to tie-off.

The Dock's finished ceiling prevents birds from nesting above your boat - no additional cleaning in the morning!

The decking surface is upgraded to Cedar Hardwood which will not splinter and does not hold heat. It has a very "Soft" comfortable feel.

During a rain delay, your boat will benefit from the gutters and downspouts that channel the water away.

For those days where you just want to swim and soak up the vitamin D, the Bluetooth receiver will pipe your tunes through four speakers (Two upper level and two lower), so you can save your boats battery

First Trax Lodge sits in a residential neighborhood. Respecting the balance of a "Happy" neighborhood, is our request. We thank you in advance for your support.

You will have access to a commercial ice machine, which is located on the lake level - this is fantastic for hot Summer days. Two 5 gallon buckets will be available for you, to easily transfer ice down to your boat and refreshments on the dock.

The inside fireplace is powered by Natural Gas and has a TV located above. During the winter months, this will be a great place to kick-back.

In the Great Room, a canoe light fixture hangs in the vaulted ceiling.  

There are five TV's at First Trax Lodge.

The Master Bathroom is spacious and well appointed, complete with a Bidet so you are always fresh at First Trax Lodge. :)

The water in front of the First Trax Lodge dock is "year round" which means it is clean and deep. The shoreline at First Trax Lodge is 60 yards long and is stabilized by a fresh bed of limestone (Rip Rap) to ensure your water remains crystal clear and free of shore washout.

The decks at First Trax Lodge are massive. These decks will accommodate a true outside experience. The 9' ceilings are low enough to keep the rain out, but high enough for an "open air" environment.

There are Four Bedrooms at First Trax Lodge:

• Master = King Bed
• Guest #1 = Queen
• Guest #2 = Queen
• Guest #3 (Loft) = (2) Queens and (2) Single Bunks.

All beds and mattresses are new in 2019
